Versatile Digital Marketing Lead / CMO for Venture-funded Nordic Startup

Qvest is looking for a hands-on digital marketeer with an appetite for category creation. You’ll be responsible for marketing an innovative SaaS product with happy users and amazing cases. The team is not half bad either.

Qvest is a flipped interaction survey where the questions are generated by participants. A Qvest follows a set of rules where each person gets to ask a starting question of another participant. Once the person has answered, they can ask a new question of another participant. For 3 days, the Qvest keeps rolling following this relay-logic of distributed 1:1 interactions. When the Qvest closes all participants get access to the output. The process is quick, easy and fun for participants, and it requires no facilitation.

The job

The marketing lead will drive and coordinate all digital marketing activities. We are looking for a creative strategic thinker who can:

  • Design, manage and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns
  • Conduct A/B tests, data analysis, and research to develop insights that reveal revenue growth opportunities
  • Manage metric tracking, reporting and budget
  • Lead and grow a marketing team that talented people want to join

You

  • Understand and have experience with the various elements and tools of digital marketing
  • Are creative with a flair for content, brand and voice
  • Think analytically and like to work with marketing metrics
  • Can manage deliverables, coordinate with freelancers and execute on strategies
  • Speak and write a stellar English
